We order from the West Chicago location frequently, and this last order that we had, we were very surprised as it was one of the worst we’ve ever had, and I would normally give the food 4 stars. My husband‘s pizza was very burnt, had little sauce, and they forgot one of my toppings that I had to pay extra for. ( I am GF so it’s pricey as is) I am not one to complain however, being in customer service, I wanted the manager to know. When I called the manager Neil was not in for the evening, however they reached out to him about my concern and he called me back within 30 minutes. Neil was very kind, listened to what I had to say. He apologized, mentioned they got extremely busy out of nowhere, the staff was overwhelmed, with being in retail, I fully Understand and he recognized that was not an excuse and appreciated my phone call. I did not ask for anything in return, however he gave me a very nice credit on our account. This will not deter us from ordering there again as we really like the pizza!
