Sam, thank you! I’m bumping my rating to five stars for a couple of reasons. Thank you for reaching out and for the redo. The replacement pizza was stuffed full of cheese and sausage and was delicious. You were such a pleasure to deal with and I appreciate the quick response and resolution. If the second pizza is the norm, I will most certainly be ordering again. Now THIS is what I know Chicago deep dish to be.
Ordered a deep dish pizza with sausage for delivery. I had expected there to be more cheese but it only had what seemed like a thin layer, I’d expected it to be a little cheesier. The sauce was good but there was more sauce than cheese or sausage. It looked like more of a soup bowl than a deep dish pizza. I don’t think we’ll be ordering another pizza but we would like to try the Italian beef sandwich in house next time.
