I gave Rosati’s a great review about a year ago and have ordered takeout from them a couple of times since, with good experiences. Unfortunately, last night’s pizza was completely different and extremely disappointing.
The crust was honestly worse than many frozen pizzas I’ve had—poor texture and just not enjoyable at all. There was also way too much cheese, and the cheese itself tasted cheap and overwhelmed the entire pizza.
I’m hoping this was just an off night, because our previous experiences were much better. But based on last night’s order alone, the quality was nowhere near what I’ve come to expect from Rosati’s.

Best pizza and service in Naples! Period! We had the Chicago style and it was amazing! Paul, the owner was very helpful and provided great customer service.
