I love the Rosati’s on Hwy 100 across from the Speedway Menard’s. I was very excited when Rosati’s opened right across the street from my home. I always purchase pizza by the slice and get it with whatever toppings I want. I was visiting my friend in assisted living in New Berlin. She said she wanted pizza. I called the new Muskego Rosati’s. The phone kept ringing, and ringing. I almost hung up. When she finally answered, the women on the phone was so rude. I started saying what toppings I wanted on my slices. She kept saying cheese, sausage or pepperoni like a robot. I was like wait, I want black olives, mushrooms. Instead of I’m sorry we only do three selections at this location she just kept saying cheese, sausage, or pepperoni in a mean tone. I ended up hanging up on her and driving all the way to Hwy 100 from New Berlin just to get a human being with some customer service skills to wait on me.
Update Saturday 08/22/26 the owner showed up at our door with a yummy hot pizza and Tiramisu desert. He was so nice. He explained that he can’t find enough help to take the phone calls and also make the orders. Therefore has the calls go to a call service. He thanked me for the honest feed back. If you know someone who needs a part time job he seems like he would be a really nice person to work for.
