Having lived near Chicago for over 40 years, they had me at the first smell upon entering the door. I closed my eyes and just breathed the aroma for a moment.
I was warmly greeted and had a great chat with the owner of this new franchise. It’s off the beaten path but so worth the short turn off 192 near Center Target.
Our Italian beef order came with a large order of perfect fries, the au jus and giardiniera on the side were great. Just like home. Try the pizza, too! Thin crust, deep dish … can’t be beat.

Being from Chicago I wasn’t exspecting much but the deep dish was a good Chicago pizza beef and sweet peppers was spot on great place to eat
