Customer Love
It is a shame I can’t give zero stars. We have been Rosati’s customers for years and with the recent management change, every time we’ve ordered there has been problems.
Last weekend, I went to pick up our order and the kid had given it to someone else.
The order before that for a Ceasars salad, is was just wilted lettuce.
The order before that one, was never delivered. When we would call, they would hang up on us.
I’m submitting this review because I called this past Monday and was told that the owner would call me. It is now Friday and I haven’t heard anything.
Don’t waste your money or your stress. There are plenty of other pizza joints where they value their customers.
The Rosati family would be ashamed.
