Do I need prior restaurant experience to become a Rosati’s franchisee?

Rosati’s welcomes entrepreneurs of all experience levels. Many of our owners come from a corporate background and bring skills in operations, marketing, or finance. While prior restaurant experience is beneficial, it is not required to join the Rosati’s family. Our training program and ongoing support are designed to help motivated people from a variety of backgrounds succeed.
